1.基本信息：
傅贵，青年时曾用名“付贵”，吉林长春人，现任beat365在线体育官方网站beat365在线体育官方网站教授、博士生导师，应急与安全管理研究所所长。
2.研究方向：
行为安全与安全管理、事故致因理论，涉及矿山等多个行业，目标在于准确定位事故原因，制定实用预防对策。
3.个人简历：
1982、1987、1996年分别获得辽宁工程技术大学、中国矿业大学（徐州、北京）学士硕士和博士学位。1982-1984年在河南省煤炭工业厅任助理工程师，1987年起在beat365在线体育官方网站资源与安全工程学院工作，历任讲师至教授、博导，2002-2015年历任系主任至学院党委书记。获国家级、省部级优秀教学成果奖，多项省部级科学技术奖和专利权，著有《安全管理学》、《安全学科结构的研究》等专著和100余篇论文。曾获5项国家自然科学基金资助，任其中的“安全学科发展战略研究”项目负责人、重点项目“安全科学原理的研究”合作人，并任中-澳特别资金合作项目负责人等。
2004年起兼任全国安全工程专业教学指导委员会委员，2008年起兼任全国工程教育专业认证委员会安全工程委员会副主任委员。还兼任国务院安委会专家咨询委员会理论与法制专委会委员，国家安全生产专家组成员、专业组副组长，中国职业安全健康协会常务理事、行为安全专业委员会主任委员，中国安全生产协会专家委员会委员及全国公共安全基础标准化技术委员会委员，《中国安全科学学报》、《安全》编委等二十多项国内外学术职务。
2000-2005年间曾在新南威尔士大学、莫纳殊大学做访问学者2年，主办第一至第五届“行为安全与安全管理国际会议”，分任秘书长、共同主席等，曾赴亚、欧、美、澳、非多国学术访问。

Gui Fu, PhD & Prof.
China University of Mining and Technology Beijing
Gui Fu is currently a professor and the head of the Department of Emergency and Safety Management at China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing(CUMTB) and he has been working in this university for more than 30 years since he finished his PhD studies in 1996.
He served/serving as members or associate directors or directors of the Expert Committee of the State Administration of Work Safety, Standing Committee of China Association of Occupational Health and Safety, the National Steering Committee for Safety Engineering Education, Professional Certification Committee for Safety Engineering Education, Professional Committee for Behavioural Safety in China, and many other professional organizations.
Prof. Fu is also working as an associate editor of Safety Science and has working experiences in Australian universities e.g. UNSW and Monash University. He finished many research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation and industries, and published 4 books and more than 100 research papers in international journals and conferences. He delivered presentation on behalf of his research group both nationally and internationally and as keynote or invited speakers.
